Mountain Shadows is once again offering tons of activities in our awesome, fun-filled, action packed summer day camps!!

Daytime summer camp activities will include the outdoor spray park,local field trips, arts and crafts, outdoor play and time in the gym.Gymnastics camps will include lots of gym time. 

All camps are suitable for children aged 4-12 years. Registration opens on Monday May 11th @ 6am! Register online at: www.mountainshadowsgymclub.com

Mountain Shadows Camp dates:

❖ Gymnastics Camp #1: July 13th-17th

❖ Day Camp #1: July 20th-24th

❖ Gymnastics Camp #2: July 27th-31st   ​​

❖ Day Camp #2: August 10th-13th   ​​

❖ Gymnastics Camp #3: August 17th-21st

❖ Day Camp #3: August 24th-28th

Summer camps are a great way to add fun to your child’s summer or provide summer childcare while you work. Their days will be filled with gym time, outdoor play, crafts, and local field trips. All gymnastics camps will follow our badge program and will include rotations on all pieces of equipment each day. 

Summer Camp Hours/Prices:

• $285/week + GST, for the full week camp (5 days) 

Camp Hours:  9:00am-4:00pm

• $160/week + GST, for half days

Camp Hours:  9:00am-12:00pm or 1:00pm-4:00pm

 

What to bring for all Camps:

• Children will need to bring a bag lunch with 2 snacks and a drink (full day) or 1 snack and a drink (half day) as well as a water bottle

• A backpack with a change of clothes, hat, sunscreen etc.

Before and After Camp Care:

• 8:30am-4:30pm

• Cost: $15/day or $50/week

• Please pre-book with the office!

• Prompt pick-up is appreciated

Parents:

• Please ensure that daily medications and instructions are clearly identified, and the coach supervising has been informed.

• Please sign your child in and out of camp each day.

Birthday Parties:

• Parties are available on select Saturdays between 

11:00am-4:00pm.

• Cost $220.00 plus GST for 2-hour booking

• 2 hours includes gym and party room rental for up to a maximum of 15 people.

• Parties are booked through our online system. Full payment is required at the time of booking.

Registration Information

• An AGF Insurance Fee as well as a GCG fee (price $50) will be added for all participants. This is an annual fee paid once yearly (July 1st-June 30th)

• To register, you must have an online account for yourself and then add your child(ren). If you do not have an account with MSRC you MUST create one before you are able to register.

• Classes must be paid for in full when you register! Payments can now be made online with visa or MasterCard.

• REFUNDS, less a $25.00 administration fee, will only be granted with 20 days’ notice prior tocamp start date. 

**Exception: medical with a doctor’s note.

• On the 1st day of class your child will receive a program information letter containing your child’s weekly schedule.

• Missed classes cannot be made up due to your child’s absences.

Mountain Shadows reserves the right to cancel or change class times or days if registration numbers are insufficient or coaches become unavailable. Full refunds will be given if an alternate class cannot be found.
